End-to-end migration of legacy on-premise servers and applications to AWS Sydney Region for a regional health provider operating 12 clinical facilities across South East Queensland.

The health provider operated ageing on-premise infrastructure with limited disaster recovery capability and escalating maintenance costs. Clinical systems required 99.99% availability, and patient data sovereignty requirements mandated all workloads remain within Australian data centres.
We designed a phased migration strategy across four workstreams: infrastructure assessment, AWS landing zone architecture, workload migration with cutover planning, and post-migration optimisation. All workloads were deployed to the AWS Sydney Region to meet data sovereignty requirements.
Successful migration of 47 production workloads to AWS over 14 weeks with zero unplanned downtime. The new environment achieved 99.99% availability in the first quarter, with infrastructure costs reduced by 40% year-on-year.
